We'll continue to refine and make it the best solution for you we can.

Once you love it, we'll draw & engineer it

This is where we begin to add the detail and details to the drawings so that it may be reviewed and approved for building.

Once it's all drawn up, we'll submit it for a permit

The final design & drawings will be reviewed by the appropriate authority.

Once plans are approved we'll help you shop the build for the best pricing, most responsive, and qualified bidder.

Now we'll start sending to contractors for bidding purposes in search of just the right contractor to build it.

When you find the perfect contractor, they will build it

Now you'll enter into a contract with the contractor to build it and we'll be here for any questions that come up during the build.
