Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District(5), Placentia, CA (Job Captain – Construction Administration Services) Managed a portion of the construction administration phase on a 17,000 sf High School Gymnasium. El Dorado High School Practice Gymnasium. This Building was of CMU type construction. Interfaced with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for addendums and Field Change Directives (FCD’s). Attended weekly construction meetings and performed field observation services while under construction. Construction cost 4 million.
Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District(5), Anaheim, CA (Job Captain – Construction Administration Services) Managed a portion of the construction administration phase on a 17,000 sf High School Gymnasium. Esperanza High School Practice Gymnasium. This Building was of CMU type construction. Interfaced with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for addendums and Field Change Directives (FCD’s). Attended weekly construction meetings and performed field observation services while under construction. Construction cost 4 million.
Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District(5), El Camino Real High School campus demolition and reconstruction. Approximately 26,000 sf of existing buildings modernized (or renovated). This campus consisted of two (2) buildings, 1 for administration and 1 for fixed classroom building and an additional 11 portable classroom buildings. I took this small campus from Schematic design to construction documents, coordinated with specialty consultants and interfaced with the Division of the State Architect for approval of said construction documents.
Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District(5), Travis Ranch Middle School-Food Service Building. A 6,000 sf ground up building for the purpose of providing food to students, staff and parents of students of the Elementary/ Middle School Campus. Project consisted of providing accessible restroom facilities which were existing to be upgraded. Scope of my work on work on this project consisted of revisions to the construction documents to provide the accessible restrooms, comments from the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and coordinating all consultant revisions due to DSA comments. Interfaced with fire and life safety, access compliance and structural safety DSA plan checkers to coordinate, discuss and gain consensus upon acceptable revisions to designs based upon DSA plan review comments where required.
AHC Child Care Addition(5) – Basic Services
Reviewed DSA comments, coordinated specialty consultants and made revisions to set of construction documents based on DSA comments. Interfaced with fire and life safety, access compliance and structural safety DSA plan checkers to coordinate, discuss and gain consensus upon acceptable revisions to designs based upon DSA plan review comments where required.
